Single Sideband (SSB) modulation is the most power and bandwidth-efficient compared to VSB, DSBCS, and AM. In SSB, only one of the sidebands (either upper or lower) is transmitted, while in AM, both sidebands and the carrier are transmitted, consuming more power and bandwidth. SSB effectively minimizes the transmitted power and bandwidth usage.
