Elimination approach:
Peptide bonds join amino acids in proteins, not nucleotides, so this is unrelated to nucleic acid structure. "Thymine bond" is not a recognised chemical bond type at all, it is a distractor. Glycosidic bonds do occur in nucleic acids (linking base to sugar) but they are not what physically holds the polynucleotide chain together. The backbone of DNA and RNA is built by repeatedly joining the 3' hydroxyl of one sugar to the 5' phosphate of the next via an ester linkage on each side of the phosphate group, i.e. a phosphodiester bond, making it the defining covalent linkage of the nucleic acid backbone.
