Concept:
The chemical processing of textiles follows a logical sequence aimed at first removing impurities and then adding color and functional properties.
Step 1: Pre-treatment Phase.
The process must begin with D (Desizing) to remove the size paste applied during weaving. This is followed by A (Scouring) to remove natural waxes and oils, and then E (Bleaching) to remove natural pigments and achieve whiteness.
Step 2: Coloration and Final Phase.
Once the fabric is clean and white, it proceeds to C (Dyeing) for color application. The very last stage of any chemical processing route is B (Finishing), where the final hand-feel and functional properties (like softness or water repellency) are imparted.
