The secretory immunoglobulin (antibody) present in the colostrum of mother is $IgA$. It is secreted by mucosa of lymph tissue and is also present in saliva and tear of mammals. $IgG$ immunoglobulin can enter the foetus of pregnant women/female via placenta. $IgM$ are secreted in serum as primary antibody reaction and are responsible for second antibody interaction. $IgD$ is monomer is not capable to cross placenta.
