Dilute and concentrated $ {HNO_3}$ has no effect on Al, Aluminium is rendered passive by nitric acid due to the fopnation of a thin. film of oxide $(Al_2O_3)$ on its surface.
Aluminium dissolves in dil . HCl and liberates dihydrogen.
$ { 2Al_{(S)} + 6 HCl_{(aq)} -> 2 Al^{3+}_{(aq)} + 6 Cl^-_{(aq)} + 3H_{2(g)}}$
Aluminium also reacts with aqueous alkali and liberates dihydrogen.
$ { 2Al_{(S)} + 2NaOH_{(aq)} + 6H_2 O_{(l)} -> 2 Na[Al(OH)_4]_{(aq)} + 3H_{2(g)}}$
$ { 2Al + 6HNO_{3(conc)} -> Al_2O_3 + 6 NO_2 + 3H_2O}$
$ { 2Al + 6 H_2SO_4 -> Al_2 (SO_4)_3 + 3SO_2 + 6 H_2O}$
