Step 1: Two live vaccines can be given on the same day at the same visit without any problem.
Step 2: However, if two live parenteral vaccines (such as MMR, MMRV, varicella, zoster and yellow fever) or the live intranasal influenza vaccine are not given together, the first one can blunt the immune response to the second.
Step 3: To avoid this interference, they should be separated by an interval of at least 4 weeks.
Step 4: Therefore the ideal minimum gap between two live vaccines given on different days is 4 weeks (option B).
