Step 1: Distinguish the two main forms of internal drug concealment. Body packing ("mules") is the premeditated swallowing/insertion of large numbers of well-prepared, tightly wrapped packets of drugs for cross-border smuggling.
Step 2: The vignette fits body packing exactly - an international traveller, multiple professionally sealed condom packets, intent to traffic. Each packet carries a potentially lethal dose, so rupture can cause massive overdose; bowel obstruction is also a risk.
Step 3: Why the others are wrong - Body stuffing is the hurried, impulsive swallowing of poorly wrapped drugs to destroy evidence during imminent arrest (smaller amounts, higher rupture risk). Masking refers to disguising/adulterating a drug or its detection, not internal concealment. "Body pushing" is not a recognised term.
Key fact: Planned smuggling of many well-wrapped drug packets in the GI tract = body packing.
