Rent paid for 3 months = `7500 RS.

∴ Rent paid for 1 months = \(\frac{7500}{3}\) = 2500

∴ Rent paid for 12 months = 2500 x 12 = 30,000 Rs.

Thus, the total rent of one year is 30,000 Rs.
